The River Stour takes its time to pass under this magnificent bridge.
8 seconds worked out to be just the right length of shutter speed to give an adequate swirl. Trying to get to 8 secs required some serious mental arithmetic as I juggled shutter against aperture against ISO. Keeps the grey cells working!
