Path fades in gold light,
lone tree waits where sun exhales -
wildflowers whisper.

Having climbed up onto Rockford Common in the pitch black, it was then a question of finding a pleasing composition to make the most of the misty morning. The thick valley mist made the rising sun glow so brightly, I had to use all three ND Graduate filters to balance the exposure.
Note to all photographers using filters for the first time; make sure you keep them clean to keep your images free of flare!!
